Description

Alma 3D VOLUME, validated by the IHE, is totally compatible with DICOM, and is totally prepared to work integrally with HIS/RIS/PACS clinical information systems.

Alma 3D VOLUME product meets the requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical devices and has been certified by SGS United Kingdom Limited(notified body number 0120), obtaining the CE mark.

Features

Direct integration in HIS/RIS/PACS Systems.
Conformity to DICOM Standards. Alma works like DICOM Query/Retrieve SCU, and like DICOM Store SCU and SCP.
Manipulation of 2D images:
- Control of the visualisation window (Window Width/Level): interactive, predefined windows, negative, etc.
- Zoom and displacement.
- Image rotation (+90, -90) and horizontal or vertical views.

Image Annotations:
- Measurements: distances, angles, diameters, areas, etc.
- Comments and arrows.
- Regions of interest (ROI).
Movie control: play forward, play back, infinite loop, speed control, etc.

Advanced data segmentation.
Multi-planar reconstructions (MPR) with Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Minimum Intensity (MinIP), Advanced data segmentation and Volume visualisation (VR).
3D visualisation (perspective or parallel projection).
Volum of Interest (VOI).
Control of output and the quality of the image display.

Minimum requirements for the system: Intel PENTIUM IV processor: 2 GB memory, High resolution graphic card.
